Returns & Right of Withdrawal
At Tailcorner, we design every piece with care.
If for any reason it’s not right for you, you have the right to return it within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Products must not show signs of wear or use by a pet

Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn cannot be returned unless defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Warranty
All Tailcorner products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity, as required under EU law.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity present at the time of delivery.
It does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by improper use, chewing, or excessive pulling

Accidental damage

Incorrect storage

Loss or theft
